What are your foam tolerance specifications?

We cut foam to precision tolerances matched to your equipment's actual dimensions using CNC precision equipment. We work with multiple foam types and densities, selecting the right material based on your equipment's fragility, weight, and transport environment. Our foam tolerances follow industry standards and specific tolerances for certain foam types can be provided upon request.

What is your typical lead time for an aerospace case project?

Standard single-case projects typically deliver in 2–4 weeks from approved design. Multi-case systems with custom documentation requirements run 4–8 weeks. We confirm your timeline in the design consultation before production begins.

Are you registered as a government vendor? Do you have a CAGE code?

Yes. Custom Case Pros has a CAGE code and is registered in SAM.gov. We are also a certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), Cage Code 9QAR4, and HUBZone Certified, making us eligible for WOSB and HUBZone government set-aside procurement programs. Can you integrate IUID and RFID labels into the case system?

Yes. Item Unique Identification labels required for DoD equipment accountability can be integrated directly into the case during manufacturing. This eliminates a separate administrative labeling step and ensures labels are durable and professionally applied.

What if our equipment configuration changes after the case is built?

For programs with evolving configurations, we recommend Pelican precision foam solutions systems, which allow foam inserts to be reconfigured without engineering a new case. For fixed configurations, we can provide updated foam inserts for existing case shells as changes occur.
